White Bra

WHITE BRA IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!!

Now what springs into your mind when you read this title.? Have you had those times when you come across something that made you stop, take a second look and say "What the heck"? Some things in life have no explanation.

The other day my friend was telling me she was driving along a busy road and right there in the middle of it lay a white bra!! It looked brand new. My mind immediately sprang into action and all sorts of reasons came bouncing around.

Was it thrown out of a passing vehicle--- the driver tired of the restraint? She whips it off, rolls down her window and throws it quickly. Liberation blowing in her face like the wind.

Was it from 2 young lovers, leaving lovers lane in a hurry? After searching for articles of clothing, not finding it--- not noticing her bra hanging out the car door--- only to have it fall into the middle of the street a few blocks away from the park.

Was it the result of a violent interaction? He forcing her to take it off and making her promise not to tell anyone. Fear making her silent about the missing bra.

Was it lost in the shuffle of taking dirty laundry to the Laundromat? Bags of dirty laundry laying in the back of a pick up truck. Wind sucking it out -- along with 2 unmatched brand new socks. (yes, those socks disappear in all sorts of ways).

Was it a brand new purchase? Never worn, left in the bag and placed on top of the vehicle. The shopper in a hurry to dash away from the mall-- forgetting her bag up there and then losing it as she merged into traffic.

Was it a dare? Girls night out and they dared one of the passengers, egged her on to live on the wild side. Sliding it off recklessly from underneath her new T-shirt. Tossing it out from the rear passenger window.

Certainly makes a person wonder, doesn’t it? So what is my point in this little article, you ask. As we speed through the ‘race of life’--- stop---- take time to notice the little things, observe your surroundings. Let your senses loose, indulge your imagination and most importantly, have fun.
